My work as a dancer and choreographer researches on the border line of physical theatre and contemporary dance, including ritual processes as well as methods of body awareness and a deep exploration into concepts of gravity. I’m taking my inspirations from various fields, such as literature, film and natural science.
Recently I am exploring the body in relation to and dependancy of the limitations of a local architectural space and it’s material conditions. Body, space and gravity are given as the clear basic conditions of a permanently self-organizing performing presence.
